After conquering Hollywood and making countless fans in the US with her back to back successes like Quantico and Baywatch, Priyanka Chopra has decided to come in the limelight for her continuous philanthropic work as well.

Taking a trip to Jordan to meet with Syrian refugees right after the premiere of her Sikkimese directorial Pahuna at Toronto International Film Festival, Priyanka – who is the goodwill ambassador for UNICEF, partnered in an initiative to educate the Syrian children.

However, while the whole world welcomed the initiative with open hands and applause for the actress, a majority of people in India seem to be miffed with Priyanka for choosing to help the refugees but ‘not her own people.’ Knowing Piggy Chops, you know she doesn’t let people backtalk her without having an apt reply. So, of course, the actress shut down the trolls with one simple question.

A couple of months ago, Priyanka also visited Zimbabwe where she met kids who suffered from sexual abuse and has worked with various charities in India in her almost two-decade long career.
