With the next spell of films ready to release in the remaining months of 2017, one of the most anticipated is Rangreza, starring Bilal Ashraf, Gohar Rasheed, and Urwa Hocane. With the story of the film revolving around music, the creators behind the film have promised to release one song each month – as they have been doing since July. This time, it’s ‘Bagiya’ that has been released.

Sung by Jonita Gandhi and composed by Qurram Hussain, ‘Bagiya’ sounds like a classic ‘filmi’ love track. Accompanied by mellifluous music, the lyrics speak of love, togetherness, and of course, losing oneself in infatuation.

Although much hasn’t been given out about the film apart from a basic premise, the song might hint towards the kind of character Urwa’s playing in Rangreza. Sweet and honey-like, if the vocals are anything to go by, we think the lead heroine is going to be a sucker for love and all things pure.

Apart from ‘Bagiya’, the filmmakers behind Rangreza have also announced the trailer launch on 22nd October, after which the film will release on December 21st.
