From the minute we open our eyes in the morning to the time we shut them to fall asleep, we humans are obsessed with documenting our lives on social media. It’s not just us, Instagram is one of our local celebrities’ favourite social media platforms too, where they regularly share their personal and professional lives. From family photos to workout motivation and major announcements, this medium keeps us connected and updated.

He is hardly ever active on Social Media, and when there is an official post, it’s ALWAYS a treat! A brand new season of Pepsi Battle of the Bands starts soon! Which means, we get a regular dose of Fawad Khan for a while!

Humaima Malick

While the post was made by the loving and protective sister to mark her brother’s birthday, the highlight was undoubtedly the young couple! It’s Feroze Khan’s 1st birthday after marriage, and his wife threw him a sweet surprise which made the internet go ‘Aww’.

Mehwish Hayat

The Punjab Nahi Jaongi star went all the way to New York and spoke on behalf of the entertainment industry along with other celebrated stars. Mehwish Hayat received the Acknowledgement Award at the UN in New York and shared her sentiments with her fans. “The representation of my country is something I feel strongly about and I was pleased to be able to share my views at such a distinguished gathering. We are not as we are portrayed in Western media “…if not a positive picture of my country can we at least have a fairer one.” Let’s hope that with small steps like PFF we can start making a difference.”

Maya Ali

Maya Ali and Ali Zafar have been making one stylish appearance after another and we cannot seem to pick a favourite post from their promotional spree! However, Teefa In Trouble releases on 20th July and we cannot wait to see their chemistry on the big screen! For now, can we give Maya’s stylist a shoutout? Love the style evolution!

Nadia Hussain

For someone who endorses beauty and cosmetics, it was great to see Nadia Hussain take the #WOKEUPTHISWAY challenge to help support the journey back to realness. “No filter, no makeup, no hair product.”

#Repost @cindycrawford with @get_repost #WOKEUPTHISWAYchallenge started by @iamfashionlaine — to help support the journey back to realness… No filter, no makeup, no hair product.. I now nominate @mawrellous @mahirahkhan @sajalaly @ayesha.m.omar PLEASE READ BELOW ✨ • • • Social media is a powerful tool where you’re in charge of WHAT/WHEN/WHERE/HOW you want to present yourself to the world. And of course we all want to present perfection – who doesn’t love a good filter?? But why do we think posting our authentic, real self is somehow not ❤️-able enough? It’s time to wake up. Your true YOU is 💥🙌🏽💣🔥🖤!!! Today I post this pic in favor of #WokeUpThisWayChallenge & bring some realness back to social media. And now I’m asking YOU to be part of this challenge too and bring awareness and spread this much-needed conversation around the world. Let’s unite and do this altogether! . 1️⃣. Post a photo of yourself how you look when you wake up in the morning (no hair done, no makeup, no filter!!) with the hashtag #WokeUpThisWayChallenge and talk about how you’re spreading the message to bring realness back to social media . 2️⃣. Tag 3 (or more!) friends to challenge them next to post a morning photo
