There are a few stars in the industry who like to be free from all sorts of controversies, and one such name is Ayeza Khan who lives her personal and professional life sans conflict. Now, the actress is also set to bring that mantra into her latest project as she becomes the face of Al Karam.

We met the gorgeous actor and mother of two at the Al Karam winter collection launch in Lahore where she spoke to us exclusively regarding the brand.  “This is the first time I’ve signed a contract of this nature. I’ve modelled for lawn brands but I’ve never been the face of any,” she said adding that Al Karam has an amazing reputation in the market.

Brand reputation/goodwill is the most important thing for Ayeza as she is very conscious of the brand she’s endorsing. “My whole family loves Al Karam and we feel that there’s something for every member of the family.”

While she enjoys work, we’re sure it must be tough to manage with two kids. However, she feels her family is really supportive of her work and that is what has made everything easier. She believes in maintaining a balance between personal and professional life and is against bringing her babies to work. “We (Danish and I) take them on vacations but do not believe in disturbing their normal lives for the sake of our own career.”

Speaking of films and dramas, she said she’s been considered for almost all the best movies being made in the country, but she did not sign them for her personal reservations. “Fans trust me and I cannot break their trust by taking roles that they can not associate me with.”

Earlier we had learnt that Ayeza had been chosen to star opposite Humayun Saeed in the upcoming drama titled Mere Pass Tum Ho. Directed by Nadeem Baig, the script has been written by Khalil ur Rehman Qamar. We asked her for a direct confirmation.

“Yes, I have signed the drama with Nadeem Baig opposite Humayun Saeed,” confirmed Ayeza when asked about the speculations. “I am very nervous,” she confessed, adding that she wasn’t playing a very conventional character.

“The drama will deliver a strong message and there’s a huge risk involved. I hope I am able to deliver what is expected of me.”

Shooting will begin next month and the serial will air on ARY Digital in the first quarter of 2019.

We’re excited and so is Ayeza! Stay tuned for more updates.
