The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, are all set to arrive in Pakistan today, in what will be their first official royal visit to the country. It’s safe to say that the people of Pakistan are as excited as ever.

Preparations to welcome the royal couple are in full swing and the government has reportedly completed all the necessary arrangements. It’s not just the government though who has plans for the couple; Pakistanis are going all out in their preparations and the visit is trending on Twitter.

The Kensington Palace’s official Twitter account itself posted a video of rickshaws being given a makeover ahead of the visit. In a bid to make sure that the couple has a fulfilling cultural experience during their stay, rickshaws on the roads of Lahore and Rawalpindi have been seen sporting the Union Jack next to the Pakistani flag, with several other modifications.

Don’t forget to click a picture if you see one on the roads and post it on the #RoyalVisitPakistan tag on Twitter to join the party! And if you do happen to visit the trend on Twitter, you’ll see just how excited people are.
