American chat show host Ellen DeGeneres has announced on social media that she has tested positive for Covid-19. However, the 62-year-old has shared that she is feeling fine.

Ellen took to Twitter and posted the news:

“Hi Everyone, I want to let you all know that I tested positive for Covid-19. Fortunately, I’m feeling fine right now. Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified, and I am following all proper CDC guidelines,” she wrote.

 

 

 

 

She further added that she will see her fans after the holidays. “I’ll see you all again after the holidays. Please stay healthy and safe.”

Her daytime programme — The Ellen DeGeneres Show — will pause production until January, according to a statement from her producers. Her last guest, who appeared in-person with her on Wednesday, was Hamilton musical actor Leslie Odom Jr.
