Angelina Jolie’s executively produced The Breadwinner has made it to the 75th Golden Globe Award nominations for the Best Animated Feature Film award.

The animation which traverses through the rough Afghan terrain and narrates the unique story of Parwana’s chronicles of working in a patriarchal society disguised as a man, is running against some major hits such as Boss Baby, Coco, Ferdinand, and Loving Vincent.

The Breadwinner also features Ali Kazmi, who has voiced the character Darya in the film.

The actor took to Instagram to congratulate his fellow team members over being nominated for the award.

The 75th Golden Globe Awards, honoring the best in film and television in 2017, will broadcast live on January 7, 2018.
