In the latest addition to Atif Aslam’s so-called ‘controversy’ in New York, the singer has now clapped back with a response against the allegations.
While earlier it was reported that when Atif Aslam sang an Indian song at the Independence Day parade in New York, which caused a rage amongst patriotic Pakistanis, the singer took to Instagram to share his views on it.
“It’s in God’s hand to give respect,” he wrote thanking the fans who supported him despite the chaos. He mentioned in a post written in Urdu that he ‘green flag is his identity which he’s proud of and respects’. He called the allegation a ‘propaganda’ and added that he hopes the ‘Naya Pakistan learns to give respect to those who are tirelessly working to make Pakistan proud’.
