With the announcement of Wajahat Rauf’s upcoming web series starring Mehwish Hayat and Asad Siddiqui making news last week, it has now been reported that Azfar Rehman will also star in the show for a special role.
Speaking to Something Haute, the actor confirmed the news and revealed that he’s enjoying working on the sets of the series — which he feels is going to be a ‘rollercoaster of emotions.’
“Gear up for an upbeat contemporary kick-ass series with a rollercoaster of emotions,” shared Azfar. “Loving every minute of filming it.”
Although the actor refrained from giving details about the plot or character, he said he’s enjoying the process.

“Web is the future,” the actor declared when asked about his thoughts regarding the medium and its future in Pakistan.
Azfar also spoke of his co-star and real-life best friend, Mehwish Hayat, who he feels is the best our industry has.
“Mehwish is a dream .. she’s the best we got,” he declared.

Reportedly, Mehwish will also be recording a song for the upcoming series.
