In Pictures: Celebs who ARE in Pakistan to vote in Elections 2018

Vote

With the electoral process in full swing, celebrities have come out all across Pakistan to exercise their right and vote for a leader they support, as election day continues.

Using social media as their favourite platform to announce that they have finally cast their votes, celebs took to Instagram and Twitter to share their inked thumbs for everyone to see!

So, which of your favourite icons have voted already? Here’s the lowdown…

It all started with our very own eager superstar, Hamza Ali Abbasi. We’re sure it’s no secret who he voted for:

Mawra shared a photo of her inked thumb marking her vote:

After Mawra, Urwa followed the sister-act!

Reporting from Karachi, Adnan Malik shared his experience on Instagram, and shared that the voting process was ‘minorly chaotic’:

My polling station for NA 247 and PS 111 was Hampton Grammar School in Clifton, Karachi. I was there by 8 am, the polling started at 8:15. It was minorly chaotic (as all starts in Pakistan are) but there were polling agents, supervisors, lots of rangers and a few of us early bird voters. It all went by relatively smoothly and felt pretty decently sorted out. I was out by 8:35. Remember to carry your silsila number and your block code on a separate sheet. You can’t register without these 2 pieces of information. To get this info. Message your ID card number to 8300. Vote intelligently and for those you believe can achieve desired results and are in line with your value system. Pakistan zindabad! 🇵🇰 (Now I’m going to catch some zzzzz’s 😴) . . . . . . #adnanmalik #elections #pakistanelections #voteforpakistan

Mehwish Hayat shared a selfie with her family:

Check out Bilal Khan, who flew in just for this:

Can we just say how amazing Amna Babar looks with that inked thumb?

While more celebs are taking to social media to put up their selfies, Vasay Chaudhary has to be our favourite, who traveled back through a 14-hour flight just to cast his vote:

We don’t know who Faisal Quraishi is voting for but we’re happy he did:
