Khalil ur Rehman Qamar’s latest film venture Kaaf Kangana is making rounds on the internet ever since its trailer and songs released. The film is backed by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) and hence the criticism grew ten folds when an item song — Khabon Main — featuring Neelam Muneer came in the limelight.

In her defense, Neelam said that “she did this song only because this movie is a project of ISPR. Perhaps this is the first and last item song of my life.” However a Twitter user expressed disappointment over the song and also implied that it was shot in GHQ Islamabad.

DG ISPR Asif Ghafoor clarified the misconception and tweeted that the song is being taken out of context.

“The item song is by an Indian girl in the movie as per her role, you may watch movie to know the context,” he wrote adding, “It is neither at GHQ (GHQ is at Rwp not Islamabad) nor of an event organised for ISPR as such.”
