We’re fast approaching the turn of the new year, in fact the turn of the decade and we know that with the new year come new resolutions, new projects, work, professional and personal goals and the altogether joie de vivre, if you may. Beyond ourself, we’re always on the look out for our favourite stars and what they’re up to. Feroze Khan is one of those stars we’re following and are delighted to learn that not only will he be back on the big screen but also on television with not one, but two drama serials.

As we all know, Tich Button filming has finally wrapped up and we’re looking for a 2020 release date, which hasn’t been confirmed as of yet. Tich Button, starring Feroze Khan, Farhan Saeed, Sonya Hussyn and Iman Ali in leading roles, is directed by Qasim Ali Mureed and produced by Urwa Hocane and has been projected as a romantic/action film. That’s one thing to look forward to.

And maybe you won’t even have to wait that long to see your favourite star because Feroze Khan, sources have confirmed, is appearing in not one but two drama serials in 2020.

There’s BeZubaan with Hania Amir, which we already know about and witnessed the great chemistry between the two at Fashion Pakistani Week Festive 2019, when they walked for Sadaf Fawad Khan. Directed by Badar Mehmood and written by Mohsin Ali, BeZubaan is apparently a love/revenge saga in which Feroze Khan plays a university student.

There’s also a second serial with Iqra Aziz that has already gone on floors and is expected to release in the first quarter of 2020. This is, so far, an untitled project, directed by Wajahat Hussain and written by Hashim Nadeem. In this drama serial, Feroze plays a confident young boy from a lower middle class background, who falls in love. This would be his love story and is said to fall into the realm of romance and spirituality.

Feroze Khan picked up the Lux Style Award 2018 for Best Actor – Viewer’s Choice, for portraying the complex Mir Hadi in hit drama serial Khaani. In 2019 he appeared in Mehreen Jabbar’s Dil Kya Karey as the sensitive and loving Armaan. The coming year promises to be another big year for the star.
