Designer Zainab Chottani recently recreated the IT couple Sarah Khan and Falak Shabir’s wedding looks. The two stars tied the knot a week ago in an intimate setting, amongst close family members. Though the actual wedding photos created a lot of buzz on the internet, we didn’t mind another set of qubools from the couple. After all, weddings are like a ray of sunshine in these gloomy days.

Talking about the shoot, Zainab Chottani shared that COVID has shifted the way shoots were done earlier.

“Now you have to follow SOPs and everything, which is more complicated and needs a lot of planning. The concept of the shoot is an intimate wedding which has become quite a norm in this pandemic. It is entirely up to the couple and families, but I feel that intimate weddings are more memorable,” she said.

“This particular bridal collection caters to the need of intimate weddings where the dresses are lighter and appropriate for an event which has only 40 – 50 guests,” the designer added.

In an ivory ensemble with a peach dupatta accompanied by a red ghoonghat, paired with emerald and gold jewellery, Sarah looked absolutely breathtaking.

“I feel weddings are a happy occasion and I thoroughly enjoyed by wedding festivities. Hopefully, the situation gets better soon then we will celebrate with everyone in the fraternity on our Valima reception,” Sarah said.
