Heartiest congratulations are in order for actor/photographer Zara Tareen and Hollywood actor Faran Tahir who are the latest celebrity couple in town!
The two have tied the knot in Lahore in the presence of close family and friends on Sunday, November 7th. Last week, the news of their wedding surprised everyone when pictures of their mehndi ceremony circulated on social media. Later, Zara posted an update about her marriage on Instagram.

“The most beautiful day of my life,” she wrote with a picture of her and Faran as the bride and groom.

Her comments section is filled with hearts, wishes, prayers and lots of love from friends and fellow artists like Sarwat Gilani, Anoushey Ashraf, Shahzad Sheikh, Ushna Shah, Zhalay Sarhadi, Adeel Husain, Fahad Mirza, Sofia Khan, Khalid Malik, Nadia Hussain amongst others.
Zara’s sister, Hira Tareen, also posted a picture with the bride, who was wearing a deep red and gold lehngha choli by Ali Xeeshan.
“My beautiful Zaroo, you made the most stunning bride I’ve ever seen Masha Allah! This was our moment last night and what a magical night it was! May God shower you with all his blessings on your new journey. So happy for you! All evil eyes off!” Hira wrote.

Tooba Siddiqui was also invited at the wedding and she posted a lot of pictures from the event where we spotted Sonya Khan, Sanam Agha, and Umar Sayeed. Faran’s brother Ali Tahir, aamir Qureshi, Irsa Ghazal, Sarwat Gilani, Tara Mehmood, Nausheen Shah were also seen in pictures.

Born in Los Angeles, California, Faran is popularly known for his role in Marvel’s Iron Man (2008) as the villainous Raza. He has starred in several Hollywood movies such as Star Trek (2009), Elysium (2013) and Escape Plan (2013). Zara last appeared in Pakistani drama Mushk (2020) and Zee5’s web series Dhoop Ki Dewaar (2021).
