Iqra Aziz, the uber talented actress of Suno Chanda and Ranjha Ranjha Kardi fame is all set to star in her first movie, and that too alongside her beau, Yasir Hussain.
The movie, titled Half Fry, was announced earlier last month, and is touted to be an action-comedy starring Yasir Hussain in a key role. Faryal Mehmood and Faizan Khawaja had then followed in and also joined the list of actors slated to star in the movie, and now finally, it has been revealed that Iqra has been roped in as the female lead opposite Yasir Hussain.
The two lovebirds had earlier stirred up a social media storm with their engagement after Yasir went down on one knee at the Lux Style Awards in front of the whole fraternity and proposed to her. We’re sure fans and critics alike will be itching to see the two on the big screen together after witnessing their romance.
Helmed by Abu Aleeha, the force behind Kataksha and Tevar, the movie is expected to go on floors soon and will be releasing in 2020, hopefully. Stay tuned to this space for more exclusive information about the movie, coming soon!
