With the Pakistani media industry reaching new heights, film veterans like Javed Sheikh have been at the forefront of the rise with their pivotal roles in a plethora of films. One such example is also the upcoming Ahsan Rahim directorial, Teefa in Trouble.Â
Starring alongside Ali Zafar as Teefa, the teaser for the film released at the PSL opening ceremony where Instep asked the actor about the upcoming film.
“I’m very excited about Teefa. I’ve been part of the movie for some time now; we shot in Poland and Lahore,” Javed said. “The teaser is now out and as they say, ‘chawal sey aap andaza laga sakte hain ke daig kaisi ho gi’ (one grain of rice will tell you how the rest of the pot is), similarly is this Teefa teaser.”
The actor was last seen reprising his role in Nabeel Qureshi’s Na Maloom Afraad 2.
“I’m speaking from experience. I’ve worked in so many movies and what I’ve seen is amazing,” the actor added. “I believe in Ahsan Rahim and had been telling him to make a film for years!”
