Kareena Kapoor’s gym routine proves she’s fearless!

While it’s no secret that the lifestyle of the rich, famous and glamourous push stars to keep themselves in shape, actors like Kareena Kapoor Khan have gone the extra mile to look their best in every way.

The actress has been sweating it out in the gym and getting back in shape ever since she gave birth to son Taimur Ali Khan last year. Her dedication and hard work has finally paid off as told by her pilates instructor, Namrata Purohit.

Namrata first took to Instagram to post a photo of herself planking with Kareena.

“Kareena and I just planking around #Strong #kareenakapoor #PilatesGirls”, she wrote.

 

 

Although the Veere Di Wedding star was already reported to spend about ten hours in the gym each day, those killer washboard abs now prove the media wasn’t lying!

“It’s been a year since Taimur was born and #KareenaKapoor is killing her workouts, and is back to getting those washboard abs doing a series of planks and side planks with her today,” Namrata wrote on another post about Kareena.

 

The actress also spoke about her routine in conversation with the Indian media.

“The idea has always been to be healthy. Not like crash dieting. Comments don’t matter. Idea is to be fit both mentally and physically,” Kareena said. “It is my time, it is more like me time. It makes me happy. And then at the end of the workout, I am waiting to go and meet Taimur.”

Now if this isn’t motivation for a new bod this coming year, then what is?
