This is big news! Maya Ali has been cast opposite Ali Zafar in Ahsan Rahim’s Teefa in Trouble. There has been buzz in the air for quite some time and we had heard of on going auditions of the role, which needed a young, energetic and bubbly young actress. So we’ve only seen Maya Ali weeping in two of her most recent portrayals on television (Mann Mayal and the on-going Sanam) but she is a fantastic actress and we’re sure she’ll be able to fit right into the role of Anya.
So, Teefa in Trouble is turning out to be Ahsan Rahim’s first film, Ali Zafar’s film debut in Pakistan and also Maya Ali’s big screen debut. Let’s see what else it has in store for us!
