Each film promises a different genre, which speaks highly of the actor and his versatility. While Cake seems to be layered with family drama and dysfunctionality, Sherdil is an airforce based film. The Trial sounds like a serious courtroom drama with Na Band Na Baraati being a romantic comedy.

The teaser of Na Band Na Baraati is finally out and from what we can tell by watching the one-minute long clip is that it’s going be light and entertaining! The plot revolves around two brothers and the shaadi struggles of a desi family settled abroad (Toronto). Labelled as ‘the confused wedding of the year’, the film seems to be packed with the right dose of romance and mindless comedy that promises to appeal the masses who aren’t looking for thought-provoking or serious content.

We wonder, will it be the same kind of rom-com that we’ve seen before or will it offer something new? Looking at the trailer, we’re just as confused as the tagline.

Have a look at the teaser below:

Na Band Na Baraati starring Mikaal Zulfiqar, Shayan Khan, Qavi Khan, Ali Kazmi and Atiqa Odho among others is set to hit cinemas on 29 June 2018.
