A decision, taken by the federal government to promote the local film industry, restricted cinemas in Pakistan from screening Indian movies during Eid. Making the most of this opportunity, the makers of comedy film Na Band Na Baraati – which was earlier scheduled to be released on July 6 –  have now shifted its release to Eidul Fitr.

And now the trailer of the film has been released. Starring Mikaal Zulfiqar, Shayan Khan and Nayab Khan in lead roles, the movie is directed by Mahmood Akhtar and written by Harish Kumar Patel.

It looks like a fun family entertainer which will be clashing with Wajood, 7 Din Mohabbat In and Azaadi. The film revolves around the lives of a few Pakistani families settled in Canada. Na Band Na Baraati features a mix of culture, compassion, love, mischief, and loads of entertainment.

I think Na Band Na Baraati will do well against these films,” said Mikaal Zulfiqar considering the genre and timing.

What do you think?
