After a long hiatus and a series of virtual ceremonies, the industry will celebrate two historic decades of Pakistan’s most coveted and anticipated annual awards – the Lux Style Awards 2021.

To mark the milestone of 20 years as well as honour excellence in the entertainment industry, the Awards Office has announced a total of 22 categories — critics and viewer’s voice – that will be judged from fashion, TV and music fraternities by the jury members as well as voters. Due to the ongoing pandemic and the restrictions on the cinemas, there were no film submissions received by the Awards Office this year.

Last year, the team postponed the annual event and pledged to support people from the entertainment and fashion industry who were impacted by the pandemic. The winners of LSA 2020 were later announced in a virtual setting at the end of the year, to ensure safety of the nominees, juries, auditors and organizers.
