Geeta Gandhir also shared her excitement on Facebook as she wrote, “Three films I love so much were nominated for Emmys this year – Armed With Faith, I Am Evidence, and The Sentence. All featured some of the most inspiring, bravest human beings and I hope this platform only serves to elevate their voices and stories further. Thank you to them and the amazing teams – who I also love dearly. Together they shine a light in what feels like a dark time – thank you for allowing me to share in all your journeys!”
