Starting a #21DayChallenge today which I briefly talked about in my insta-story yesterday. For the next 21 days, I’m going to push myself to eat really healthy: no sugar, no sodas, no ice cream ?, no burgers, no pizza (basically everything I love as you all know) and replace it with a boring grilled diet. Also I’ll try my best to work out every day. I know I’m not going to turn into hulk in 21 days but if I can be consistent for 21 days then I’ll create a long lasting habit. How do we know it’s really sugar-free? Well, a quick rundown of the ingredient list will show that there is no trace of sugar present. In fact, sugar is a carbohydrate, which has been replaced with Sorbitol which is obtained from natural fermentation process. Malt has also been eliminated from the product as it contains sugar.
