After the success of makeup brand Fenty Beauty, Rihanna has launched a new clothing line — Fenty — in collaboration with Louis Vuitton owner LVMH. The collection was introduced via a pop-up store in Paris and has become an instant hit.

“Designing a line like this with LVMH is an incredibly special moment for us. Mr. [Bernard] Arnault has given me a unique opportunity to develop a fashion house in the luxury sector, with no artistic limits,” Rihanna said in a statement. “I couldn’t imagine a better partner both creatively and business-wise, and I’m ready for the world to see what we have built together,” she added.

After the launch event in Paris, the new line is set to go online on May 29. Having previously created collections for River Island and being the creative director for Puma in 2014, these are not uncharted waters for the 31-year old singer. However, it is her first step into the luxury fashion market as her brand now steps into the category of labels like Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, Dior and Fendi which all fall under the LVMH umbrella.

Rihanna shared her thoughts about her latest venture, as she tweeted:
