Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s on-screen pair has always resonated with the audience and it seems that the duo have won everyone over in their latest offing Bharat so much so that director Ali Abbas Zafar is looking forward to the third installment of Tiger franchise with the same pair as lead.
According to reports in Times of India, the director is ready with the script and plans to start shooting by January 2020. He has even discussed the idea with the actors and producer Aditya Chopra.
“Zafar is ready with almost all modalities and plans to start rolling by January 2020! So Kaif, who was paired opposite Salman Khan in Ek Tha Tiger, will be seen with him in the third instalment as well,” TOI report said.
Katrina’s films with Salman have always done wonders for her. They have previously worked together on Ek Tha Tiger (2012) which was a hit at the box office with an earning of INR 186 crore, while its second installment Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) also did massive business up to INR 339 crore.
However, in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Katrina revealed that she is completely clueless about the project.
“Ali has not shared his idea with me but then with Ali, I’m always the last one to know. He is very secretive and keeps his scripts close to his chest till the last minute despite me being a good friend,” she said.
In the meantime, Salman is all set to start the shooting of Dabangg 3 whereas Katrina is gearing up to work with Akshay Kumar in Sooryavanshi.
