Celebrities are trendsetters and they can help us decide what we should or shouldn’t carry on our next flight out and Maya Ali is doing just that on her current trip across Europe. While we are enjoying the lush green and scenic views, we are also swooning over her style statement which strikes a perfect balance between style and comfort. After showcasing her acting prowess in debut film Teefa in Trouble, she is giving us major inspiration on how we can travel in style.
The Parey Hut Love lead stars, Maya and Sheheryar Munawar were in Europe together last week to attend fundraising events for the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital (SKMH). While Sheheryar travelled in a trench coat paired with a white t-shirt and denim, Maya donned a mid-length leather jacket paired with skinny jeans and knee length boots.
But as she made her way from Paris to Norway and Germany, she continued to give us major fashion inspiration for our next travels. During her stay in Norway, where temperatures go as low as 6 degrees at this time of the year and it is important to keep yourself safe from the cold, Maya donned a maroon jacket layered with a black shirt and cream coloured cardigan.
In Berlin, she kept it casual when the sun came out and wore a sweatshirt with black pants. You can never go wrong with that, can you?
Her time in Germany seems to have outshone her overall trip and in this case, pictures do speak a thousand words. Whether the highlight is her all-black outfit or faux fur jacket, you decide for yourself:
Fashion can be easier to follow in summer compared to winter, but Maya makes it effortless. The desert sand coloured trench coat, ripped jeans and white sneakers add character to her look:
We’re getting the sense that black is Maya’s favourite colour and we’re not complaining because it certainly accentuates her features. Here she keeps it casual with a quirky pair of denim embellished with alphabets, black high-neck and a crossbody bag. Although she opted for various different styles all through her trip, her hairstyle has remained constant, alternating between side and centre parting:
She took the tradition with her to Europe and dressed to the nine in these Faiza Saqlain outfits. From the perfect sand tones and black contrast to all white with golden embroidery, she took the ethnic wear internationally and needless to say, completely mesmerized us:
Which one is your favourite look? Let us know!
