International lingerie brand Amante brings luxurious options to town.   The Mall was abuzz with excitement this Saturday evening. Mother’s Day sales and promotions had shops busy with excited customers and right in the centre of the fashion avenue, a glamorous looking structure guarded a sneak peek of a new brand that was opening later in the day. Elan, luxury lawn 2015

I have to admit I have gotten drawn into the lawn madness. And to break the myth of never attending a Elan exhibition, I made the effort to go for the Elan lawn launch at Shapes in Karachi today. It was totally worth it: a fantastic set-up, beautifully displayed prints, a pretty dessert table and warm hospitality and well-turned out ladies, most of whom had received their gift packs a few days ago and had tailored them up in time to pledge loyalty to the brand. Beauty Spot: A Little Whiff of Miyake in Karachi

The models of the evening looked glam in Maheen Karim gowns but the look was more Cavalli than Miyake! This is what Issey Miyake showed at Paris Fashion Week this week. In a small event yesterday, Scentsation launched the new Issey Miyake L’Eau D’Issey Florale fragrance at the Art Centre in Clifton. Why they didn't launch it at the huge Scentsation store in Dolmen Mall (that is air-conditioned and spacious, two things that this venue wasn't) is anyone's guess.
