Day two of PLBW’17 opened with Floating Poetry, an applaudable collection by Jeem. Hamza Bokhari of Jeem brought some much needed innovation to the earlier half of the day by showing a range of bridals and formal wear, which were well balanced and featured a fresh colour palette.

Taking inspiration from Bengal and its famous textiles, the ensembles featured lightweight as well as luxe fabrics. Keeping the outfits balanced was the key to the collection, allowing one to focus on the silhouette and embellishment instead of being overwhelmed by it. The colour palette brought in perfect accents of fuchsia pink and navy blue, incorporated amongst the gold and mint.

Have a look at some of the standout ensembles that caught our attention:

One of our favourite looks from this collection, this unconventional number is all about making a statement! Plus that heavy work on the pants looked even more beautiful up close.
