The most popular drama of current times – Ranjha Ranjha Kardi — has concluded just before Eid and it has given fans too much to cherish. Not only did people love the characters Bhola and Noori, but they also heaped praises on the actors who played them, Imran Ashraf and Iqra Aziz respectively.

Something Haute caught up with the man of the hour, Imran to get some insight into how he prepared for the role?

“I have always worked as much hard for all my previous characters as I did for Bhola. What nobody has realized is that the difference was that first time ever I was playing the main character (lead). It was the first time I had ample screen time and the story was based on my character. Alif Allah Aur Insaan was the first play that earned me recognition and I had only 34 scenes in it. If it had been revolving around Shammo (transgender character played by Imran) then perhaps you would have felt goosebumps on it as well,” he said.
