Out of the many powerful statements made at the Golden Globes last night, the ‘blackout’ at the red carpet was the most prominent.

As a stand against gender inequality and sexual abuse, almost all of the attendees previously decided to wear black to the awards. Many stars like Justin Timberlake, Ryan Seacrest Nick, and Joe Jonas also adorned black-and-white Time’s Up pins on their lapels and collars in support of the latest initiative by the same name.
