A formal dinner/Qawali night was hosted by Daewoo Pakistan, Destinations Pk magazine and the Walled City Lahore Authority in the newly restored Wazir Khan Masjid courtyard. This initiative was taken to promote the heritage and culture of Pakistan. along with launching the Afkar e Taza and ongoing #ThinkFest at Alhamra Arts Centre.
Along with speakers, foreign dignitaries, local panelists participating in the Afkar E Taza, select members of the fashion and entertainment industry attended the dinner which was then followed by a Qawali. Featuring Qawals Rizwan Ali Khan and Moazzam Ali Khan, nephews of legendary Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, the night looked like a grand affair.
