Anyone who loves to dress up in traditional attire during hot summer season will agree that Hania Aamir is acing the modern Pakistani girl in her promotional looks for her Eid release, Parde Mein Rehne Do.

The actor is playing a regular girl who is a wife and a working woman, juggling with innumerable pressures at home and at work. While Hania started off with OTT glam looks which were more suited to weddings or mehndis (probably to promote her song for the post-Eid shaadi season), she has now settled in striking colours with playful prints or cuts to make the most of summer as well as stay true to Pakistani roots.

Hania is visiting different cities of Pakistan to actively promote her film with her co-star Ali Rehman Khan and the team. She is making Vlogs for her YouTube channel, posting Stories, pictures and reels on her Instagram to keep her followers updated.

Refile has curated these looks for Hania in her signature style which is casual chic. She makes every ensemble impressive with minimal makeup and jewellery. Here are favourite picks:

Look 1

Hania wore floral printed matching separates in vibrant hues for a press meet in Karachi. She accentuated the Khaadi outfit with neon hued bangles and pink jhumkas. She complemented the look with tinted shades and a pink stole. The starlet looked resplendent in this simple but well put together outfit.

Look 2

Hania was seen in a Chapter 2 outfit featuring purple kurta with green trousers. The striking shades complemented each other and looked radiant on Hania’s porcelain white skin. A statement neckpiece with green stones completed the look.

Another instant hit was Hania’s parrot green kurta with colourful dhoti-like pants by Chapter 2. She finished off the look with a tight ponytail and big ear hoops.

Hania looked ethereal in a Roses Forever kurta by Princess and the Cake. Pink, ice blue and light green hand embroidered work breathed life into this pristine white kurta. The actor tied her hair in a neat bun and wore silver jhumka balis and bangles.

Here’s what Hania said about her styling during the promotions:

“For the promotion of my song Peela Rung, I opted for a very festive look because I wanted my attire to translate the energy of the cheerful wedding number that it is. Apart from that, I have really been trying to focus on putting together looks that are not only fashion forward but comfortable as well, looks that reflect who I am and my personality,” she said.

Hania explained why she opted for looks that are more rooted in traditions, rather than wearing western outfits.

“I think we always end up reaching for something western for red carpets and such events. This time around, I wanted to stay in touch with my traditional side. Since we’re required to visit different countries to promote Parde Mein Rehne Do, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to highlight what all Pakistan has to offer in terms of fashion and trends.”

“I wanted everybody to see how Pakistani attire can be styled in different ways for all sorts of events and evenings. I wanted to call attention to how zestful, and comfortable eastern fashion can be, not to mention the pizzazz of our flared bottoms and matte bangles which are all the rage these days. I think we should all strive to keep our traditions alive in any manner we can and this was my little effort in trying to do just that,” she added.

And we wholeheartedly agree!
