There is ray of sunshine for Pakistani cinemas as four Pakistani films are all set to release on Eid ul Fitr this year. However, the future also seems a little hopeful than earlier. Nabeel Qureshi recently took to social media and announced that he will be releasing the trailer of Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad very soon.
The much anticipated Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa-starrer is slated to release on Eid ul Azha 2022. Nabeel is working on the final cut of its trailer these days and fans will get to see it soon. The director tagged Fahad, Mahira, Fizza and music composer Shani Arshad in the Instagram story.
“Trailer tayyar horaha hai! Anay wala hai! [Trailer is getting ready! Coming soon!],” he wrote.
Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad revolves around the story of a notorious cop (played by Fahad Mustafa) with Mahira Khan alongside him. The short teaser, released in 2020, shows Fahad as a policeman delivering some serious action. Mahira, on the other hand, looks like a fierce leading lady with a pepper spray in hand. The audience will be seeing Mahira and Fahad as an onscreen couple for the first, and this is surely something to look forward to.

Nabeel Qureshi and Fizza Ali Meerza are known to make a film that is purely Pakistani, entertaining and yet has a deeper social message. The filmmaker duo have previously gifted the audience with Na Maloom Afraad, Na Maloom Afraaad 2, Actor In Law, Load Wedding as well as Khel Khel Mein.
